The Conference Dinner on the evening of Thursday 23rd February will be held in the Jumbo Kingdom Restaurant, Aberdeen. The menu (click here) is now available.
Registration and coach Pick-up for Conference Dinner (directions)
Participants registered for conference dinner please gather at the registration counter (KB416, 4/F., Knowles Building) at 6:00 – 6:30pm on Thursday 23rd February for registration and collecting the ticket for the conference dinner.
Coach transfer to and from the Jumbo Kingdom Restaurant will be arranged. Staff and helpers will guide you to the pick-up spot from the registration counter. The last coach will depart HKU to Aberdeen at 6:30pm.
Dietary Requirements
It is important that the organizers are aware of any special dietary requirements in advance of the conference, especially as the conference dinner will be a fixed menu. If this information was not provided on the ConfTool registration form please inform the organizers as soon as possible if you have any special requirements.
We may not be able to entertain any additional request on site.

We have been overwhelmed with interest in the event, and thus have reached peak registration capacity. However, we are still accepting applications for our waiting list.
